Delivery

Delivery is free. The estimate is 8–12 business days from checkout. You get an order email after payment, and a shipping email with a tracking link when a tracking number is added. Details are on Shipping and Track your order.

Fit

Short covers foot to calf, any height, with a top opening up to 54 cm. Long is for about 155–185 cm (5'1"–6'1") and a thigh up to 64 cm (25 in). If your thigh is wider, choose Short.

What arrives

Two identical boots, the hand-held pump with two air hoses, and the power adapter for the plug you selected. There is no heat and no battery. It plugs into the wall.

A problem with the order

Use Contact or email support@getsorellea.store and include the order number. Do that before you open a payment dispute. You can also call +1 (916) 516-1173. The number is an answering machine: leave your name, order number, and a short message. We reply by email, usually within one business day. Returns are described on Returns.

Medical use

This is a household massager for tired, heavy-feeling legs. It is not a medical device. It does not treat or prevent varicose veins, thrombosis, or any other condition.
