Shipping Policy

This store is operated by BUSTIM LLC. Delivery of the Sorellea set is free.

Estimated delivery

The estimate is 8–12 business days from checkout. That is the total estimate we show on the site. It is not a guaranteed calendar date. Weekends, public holidays, customs checks, and carrier delays can add time.

The order may ship from a different country, depending on stock and your address. A local warehouse is not guaranteed.

Emails you should get

• Right after payment: an order confirmation with your order number, sent to the email used at checkout.
• When a tracking number is added: a shipping email. Open Track order in that email. It goes to your Shopify order status page.

A carrier scan can take time to appear after the parcel leaves. If the status page is empty at first, check the same link later.

If the estimate has passed

Write through Contact and include the order number. We will reply with an update. If the order has not shipped, ask us about cancellation in that same message.

Check the address

Check the shipping address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, write through Contact as soon as you have the order number. We cannot promise a change after the order has shipped.
