The product

The Sorellea set is a household air-compression massager for tired, heavy-feeling legs at home. It is not a medical device. It does not treat or prevent varicose veins, thrombosis, or any other condition. If you have a vein condition, unexplained swelling, are pregnant, or recently had surgery, ask your doctor before use.

Price and delivery

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Delivery of the set is free. The arrival estimate is 8–12 business days from checkout. That estimate is not a guaranteed date. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout.

Orders

After payment, Shopify sends an order confirmation to the email you entered. A shipping email with a tracking link is sent when a tracking number is added to the order. You can follow that link for carrier updates.

Problems with an order

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us through Contact or email support@getsorellea.store before opening a payment dispute. Include your order number. Our team will review your case and work with you to find a resolution, including tracking assistance, replacement, return, or refund where applicable.

Contacting us first does not remove your right to dispute a payment with your bank. It is how we can look at the order and offer a resolution.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest still applies.
